Neff Color PortraitWelcome to the Diocese of Southwestern Virginia.

We may be a small diocese with many smaller churches, but we have big hearts for mission and ministry, the best youth program in the Episcopal Church, an outstanding staff and awesome hospitality.

My vision for the diocese is that we have healthy and wholesome clergy and lay leaders so that we may carry out the promises we make at baptism and serve the world in the name of the risen Christ. I value seamless ministry, that is ministry with and for all ages, from youngest to oldest. I believe that we are at our best when we build on our strengths.

Come and see.
